Since I have never done a 1934 coupe and only worked on Model As in the past, I have no information on replacement panels for a 34. Just for my own information, who makes floors or floor pans, lower cowl panel patches, inner & outer door bottoms and door skins, rockers and door openings, 1/4 panel patches, wheel well openings, rear quarter patches at the bottom next to the tail pans, replacement tail pans, trunk lids and or skins - anything related to repairing or replacing the usual rust & rot on the bottom of a 34 coupe. This might be a good thread to start and save for future 1st timers like myself Thanks for any and all help. Steve
3 or 5 window? Steve's Auto Restoration in Portland used to make a 3 window, might still have floor and patch panels.
oops - forgot about that it's a 5 window coupe, and I did remember about the Sars 3 window but didn't know how much of the 3 vs 5 would swap out.
Steves' Restoration R&J Products Paul Bradley Howells' Jim Smart Bobby Walden They all build original style pieces for 34's I have done business with all of them, good, bad and indifferent
Here is an example of a Donnie Smart panel that came with my car. Perfect quality, but you can't really pick up the phone and order one. The Steves panels I have seen are pretty damn good and the usually have them in stock. Good luck and keep us posted. I'd really like to see some pics of your car. -Abone. -Abone.
Ok, so moving right along, I've looked up several of these guys and it seems like Donie Smart is the guy to see for the floor - anyone have contact information for him so I can follow up with a new floor for the coupe?
