I hooked up my Buck Rogers ray gun to the flux capacitor on my Delorean and got something similar once. Seriously, that is cool.
So are you going to tell us what you were using there. My volume on my computor does not work so I could here what was going on. Maybe list a link on the ray gun you were using.
I did not do this..just saw the video...will go back and see if there was any explanation of it. Looks like it would do a great job on tattoo removal .. Bahahahhhaaaaaaaa
Now that the shits right there!! No dust or dirt. I too would like to see it up close. But even if it's not totally clean it sure would be an improvement to wire brushes and sanders. We definitely need moe information on this ray gun.
Cool it would be great for doing the inside of frames before you box them. After you go over it you could then prime and paint the inside of the rails.
http://www.cleanlaser.de/wEnglish/produkte/high-power-cl-1000.php There's a big jukebox unit that powers the gun. It looks like they're a quarter million dollars and up.
I saw that last night. It doesn't have any details, but if it's as good as it looks, there'll be no worries about warping body panels with sand blasting, in fact, it may put sand blasters outer business.
There is already a thread on this from a few months ago. Neat way of removing rust though! rust-removal-in-the-future.957943 KK
A quarter million dollars you say? I guess maybe the ol' tax refund may not cover this one. The price of that sure will pay for a whole lot of blasting.
"... It looks like they're a quarter million dollars and up..." So...each HAMBER chips in a measly one buck, and we're set?? We'll build a huge web of HAMB relays and just keep the parts and the ray gun coming together!!
I was thinking how that would work for priceless historical artifacts and they have a link showing an example ... http://cleanlaser.de/wEnglish/anwendungen/wandmalereien.php How it works... http://cleanlaser.de/wEnglish/funktionsprinzip/laser-verfahren.php?navanchor=2110030 Jawohl meine Herren ! Sehr gut.
Nope!! Not for me!! I like the pain and suffering that goes along with rust removable and only to have it return! Now where did I put my YoYo? Pete
