Customs 41 ford fender skirt info please

I haven't seen this mounting style before. Any info would be great.. Thanks

They may fit a 41 Ford but they are not factory. Factory skirts had no flare at the bottom. 41 Ford skirts are about 45 inches long. They sure look nice. Would look good on a 41 custom.
The lever locks the top to the top of the wheel opening. The clamps on the ends clamp to the bottom edge of the fender. Hope this helps.Eddie
