Hell yes! Tell me there is a 421 and dual quads under that scoop. One of my own bucket list cars. I don't think the trunk would ever make it all the way into the garage though.
2NDCHANCE.....looks great! I would say a job well done in a short amount of time....14 months to build a hot rod is outstanding....You ever get down my way stop in....
Before, as found, still in the barn After shots, hood has been added (not painted when this picture was taken) and interior trimming to go. That is paint, not primer. Work done in my 16 x 22 one car garage. Canuck
This picture was taken in 1978 the Center Door had just made the long containered trip from Kitchener Ontario to me here in the UK. This is how I bought the car at the 1978 Street Rod National in Columbus Ohio. John Pappett (RIP) who I bought the car from drove it all the way back to Kitchener, I had given him a $12 deposit which is all the money I had left as I was flying home that day. I thank him to this day for the trust he had and through this we also we became airmail friends. There was no internet, mobile phones etc then. It was quite an ordeal to ship a vehicle in those days. I still have the car, and have rebuilt it three times in the 38years this is it now
Blake 27 that thing looks perfect! It appears you kept most of the original build perimeters. Did you have to re-chrome all the front suspension? Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
