Sounds like it's worth a watch, if only we got it here in Australia...

 

Even if it was on in Canada we'd have to pay 40% more to watch it

 

I'll give it a shot as long as there's no fake drama "reality TV" bullshit. If it's about building cars, then great. I don't have a whole lot of faith though. Dang it, I just wish the TV execs would understand that if they just had a TV show about hotrods they wouldn't need celebrities, fake drama or obnoxious egocentric assholes. Hopefully Jimmy and Billy can pull it off. At least they're real hotrodders but from looking at the video trailer, I dunno. It seems like it's being sold like every other ridiculous car related show. That would be a shame 'cause I like these guys.

 

My sedan is the B story in the pilot episode. During the show, they chronicle the removal of my 9" and replace it with a NOS 301 Halibrand Champ QC. I've had the rear end for a couple of years, but was waiting for the right time to do the project. Jimmy reached out and it worked out perfectly. At the end of the episode I take the car down Irwindale drag strip. I haven't seen the episode, so who knows what they will actually show of the process. It's reality TV, so I'm not holding my breath. The timing worked out perfectly for me.... Pete, Evin and Justin at So-Cal are so great to work with and Billy is as cool as they come! He rode around in the sedan with me, which was a blast. Here are a few pics from the filming: :

Roadkill is probably the first show that actuslly reminds me of actual hot rod life... Its mostly about breaking down on road trips in cool cars.
