Technical Lubing urethane bushings

    I need to install some new urethane bushings in my 4 bars and panhard bar...
    I understand NOT to use reg grease but rather to use lithium based grease...
    Is this the correct grease to use...?
    What do yall use...?

    I use scilicone grease with good results. Its clear, in a grey tube I think its called super lube?

    Astro Glide ! No really silicone is best , lith . based is next . Just be careful , silicone of the slightest amount in the eyes is bad x10
