  3. Cool thread!
    Here's my old girl that I've clocked up 33,000 miles in, since 1995.
    Engine rebuilt and balanced in 2000 @ 58,000 miles
    Brakes, bushes etc. rebuilt/replaced as required and just fitted a new fuel tank.
    Not perfect but she's a "survivor"
    A lazy 18.3 down the strip with 2.69:1 gears...

  10. That nose piece still looks perfect and still lined up with the hood...pretty amazing since both fenders appear to be torn loose from the nosepiece, and there are three bolts at each end!

    1957 Fords have the best side trim designs ever.
    They just "flow" with the car from high end models to the economy models.

    The 58 custom 300 is fairly plentiful in NewZealand .most seemed to originally have the baby blue and a white roof .

    This was my first car. It was orange and white when i got it but like most of the cars I've owned it soon became black. Bad scan of a bad polaroid.
