The coupe and sport coupe are the same body and should be the same seat with adjusters and a wood frame. The roadster is a two piece seat on a fixed metal seat riser. They are different, you could probably make any thing work.

  5. This is probably a good question for fordbarn.com.

  6. I'm looking at the Bratton's catalog now. Pictures of the front seat frames for the coupe and the roadster look different and have different prices. That said, if it is a hot rod, you can make almost anything work.

On my '29 A cabriolet, it did not matter that I had the right parts; I still had to make a new seat bottom and discard the correct springs as the covered seat was a couple inches too high to fit me and keep my eyes at a good height for visibility outside. I did not know how far off it was in fitting me, until the car was on the road.

The rear bench seats out of a Chrysler mini-van is just about the right size for a model A roadster.

Actually, the middle seat is the one that fits perfect- mid 90's Dodge Grand Caravan- 40 1/2 " wide - rear is 42 1/2 ;too wide.
Coupe and sport coupe stock seat would switch for sure, and I bet the roadster probably would too The bodies are very similar; the roadster is different having longer rear quarters and shorter doors.
I've used these seats in 2 roadsters, 3 coupes, and a Tudor sedan; perfect fit.

    Hi,

thanks a lot for your answers!
Did the roadster the same width like the coupe?

Mike, that looks good - yes. Now, i have to look, which car is similar here in Germany.
    thanks

Edit: the similiar car in Germany is the Chrylser Voyager! Thanks!
