    Thanks!
Thanks! Yes, Clark made some kustom skirts as well.
    Thanks!
Haha...too funny! Having that flat piece of glass just completely throws off the flow. It kind of kills the direction we are going in. So, we completely agree! Apparently there is the perfect one piece window for this but that is some top secret sh*t that we are working out with our glass guy. ;) Thanks!
    Me too!!
Thanks! The "slight dip" aka reverse curve is why we started with the cat walk before everything else. We didn't want it to have an abrupt bump we want to maintain that sexy reverse curve, so it flows nicely into the trunk. At least that's the goal!

I was immediately thinking a 41-48 Ford rear window....but that might be way too easy for these guys!

It's not going as quickly as we would like since we have a lot of other projects we are working on simultaneously.
Here are a few pics. the owner took.

Here's another pic - we've been pretty busy, but Clark was able to do these window corners. IMG_9537.jpg

Wasn't Supermans name Clark? Clark is a Super Metal Man, that's for sure! And you could be his Lois Lane.

"Baldies" is what they were coined, by the late Eric Rickman, HRM. It is 'documented'.

Tracy, pul-leaze ask Clark for the particulars on the skirts: (the 'hem' on the bottom, and the 'roll' around the upper perimeter... I have some Volkswagen body panels with a close 'convexity' to fit my '47 Ford sedan...once fitted, I'll roll a flare into the lower edge.
You two work together like my wife and I do! Blessings, this is what marriage is about. Hope to meet you, thanks for having us along.

  20. More beautiful metal work... And well documented with good pictures too.:)

Thanks, I think Clark prefers to create a puzzle.
Thanks, but that's ridiculous ;) Clearly we are more like Seasame Street characters Clark's like Snuffleupagus since he is quite, & nobody knows who he is, so he could be imaginary, & I'm like Oscar the grouch cuz I'm grouchy and live in a trash can!
    Glad you think so!
Hi Mike, The top is rubber U-channel with the top bent over it to preserve the paint. The bottom is just a 1/2" radius bend. Being that you are in Atwater you are welcome to stop by and take a look.
Thanks, it's great being married to your best friend! I'm really fortunate!!
Thanks! I get a little crazy with the pics, but there are too many things we never thought to take pics of and now regret it. Plus it's nice for the owner to see the progress of the build.:)

Thanks Mike. Never hear them called that. I thought it might have been a local thing.

When I was younger we didn't realise how nice these mopars really are.
We weren't wrong about 4drs though.
    Again, great work.
