35flatty. Dana axles are very easy to build. The design is as old as a banjo axle but with fewer problems. The spline counts change but the basic dimensions of the diff don't.

I may look for some 30 spline F100 axles in the future and swap the lightly used Trak-lok limited slip from my 2005 jeep into the rear. The F100 axle uses 19 spline.

image.jpeg Started hacking apart the box today. It was crudely cut off at some point and was full of bondo, over staright sheet metal and the odd hole.... image.jpeg

Looks to either a fabricated aftermarket seat or a something cut down and rebuilt, a lot!

Matt, excellent progress on your truck. Is it just me or does Krusty's new avitar picture looks awfully familiar?

Got a tailgate yesterday. $50! Managed to get it straight(ish) and ready for some weld repairs sometime this week hopefully.
