Man that looks like fun. Is NJ slated to become the new hot bed of old timely racing?

I recognize some of the cars- that looks like a ton of fun, and NO salt water!

    Great shots, thanks for posting.

Great pictures Thank you Rich! Jim and I went over today, dragged and rolled the track, it's looking pretty Ok again!
We hope to run again in the near-ish future, announcements will be made as we progress and things come together! This was a kinda of test run to see how it would go, I think everyone was happy with it and the land owner gave us a green light for future events!

  17. Very cool

    What are the rules?

    Can six cylinder Chevrolet run?

Obviously hoodlums too disturbed to wait peacefully for next TROG...
So when and where are these violations of the peace held?
I feel like there's nothing to hope for until next year's Jalopy Showdown, just ice and salt and bleak despair...
    Tell me I'm wrong!

Glad you all enjoy the photos. That was a blast, and 5 days before Christmas in Jersey.
    See you at the Showdown.

What a great idea! And great cars! Try not to have too many rules,it tends to spoil the fun.

I love the tribute to the NJ Army Reserve "Lightening Division". I think they are the 78th Infantry Division?

What's next? Ice racing? If it ever gets cold enough in NJ and some snow gets dumped on us this winter.
