After chatting to a mate the other day and seeing a post on Facebook today about a '50 chevy hardtop that was apparently chopped in '52, it got me thinking... How many of these cars have been chopped? I know there has been a thread similar to this but nothing really came of it. These are the ones I've come across so far. I hope the owners don't mind me posting them.

  4. Kint, that one is actually a convertible. :)

It is however another beautiful understated custom.

  5. Sancho,

Yeah I thought it didn't quite fit the OP request, with a 3" chop and carson removable hardtop I thought it might skirt the lines...

    Its one of my favorites

  7. Are the rear fenders molded? It looks odd at the forward contour of the rear fender, at the top. Or is that just reflection?

  8. Grant Maclean,

I understand some might not be HAMB friendly and they're certainly not my cup of tea but I just like to get them all together, I wish I'd had this thread when I went to chop mine. Hopefully it might help the next person out. image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg

Murray's Kustom Rods out of Fort Worth did a killer job on his latest project.
