Customs Who built this 49 coupe?

A friend of mine just picked up this car. Looking for any info on it, pics of the build, past owners, history, etc. Thanks, Randy

 

Not fond of the 57 Chevy rear bumper but those Kaiser tailights hits it out of the ballpark. That's a really nice car.

 

Been looking at the bumper too, its growing on me.

Pretty sure those are not Kaiser lights, rather 54 Packard, I think

 

Yeah the rear bumper and pinstriping don't do much for me but still a nice car. Sorry I can't help with any info.
