Your Roadster is the Bomb dude

  3. Haha ... wow. You have to love that art work you made though. I always regretted not keeping a similar twisted driveshaft for wall hanging. At the time it happened ... all I heard was the floor pan trying to rise up and kill me. Your twisted remains may have even turned out prettier then mine did. Sorry for the carnage, but you have another cool yarn to tell. Such is the excitement of life.

The new rear spring arrangement looks even better; a little rake and a horizontal engine= win, win !

  14. I hope you're able to get that 5 window. I'd like to see what you'd build.

  15. Come on man, this T rules, and the world has enough Milner coupe clones.

This car is way cooler than most 32s I've seen. I love early Ts though. Wish I wasn't broke.

  17. A lot of free sweat equity in this T. Praying for a lottery win ... and I'm not greedy, I hope you win before I do. It would be nice if you could keep this as a 32 stablemate. Pretty sure it would pick on the 5 window when you aren't lookin'.

T's are hard to sell. A lot of people think they're bitchin' but wouldn't actually own one. I found this out when I sold my '27 Roadster on '32 rails a couple of years ago. I listed it for sale in July 2012 and didn't get money in my hand until February 2013. It was a 1948 era-correct car down to every nut and bolt. I had my PM box flooded with people telling me how great it was, what a great deal it was and how "if they had the money"... I think part of the issue is that they are small and a hard fit for a lot of people. One of the guys that actually came to my house to see the car was peeing down his leg standing there looking at it. Then he sat in it and said, "I don't think this is gonna work."

Don't get discouraged if it takes a while to move.

State in your advertising that there is a height limit :D Set it at 5' -2" and you will sell it easily :D

A truly inspiring build. Good luck on selling her. She deserves twice what your asking.

I enjoyed and learned from the build. If I had put that into it I could never sell it. I can't even part with the rusty junk in the yard that I thought I'd build something out of.:D

I'm looking for someone to buy it and put it in a museum with a sign on it that says "This is what a real hot rod looks like"

Sorry you don't seem to be getting the 32. But I'm really excited to see you dig back in to this new classic, get at it Anderson! Wyatt

  27. Sorry ... I have a stuttering problem ... but, don't forget b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-bah-bah-black !!! That car would be wicked black. What do I know ?! Paint it red ! Looks great in blue primer. Forget I said anything.

And that would really suck and be a very sad day.
Cars like this should be driven and enjoyed and shared with the world.
You should be ashamed to have even suggested such a travesty.

A really nice shade of blue. Two thumbs up :)

  30. Don't feel bad selling the T. I did the same with my touring. They are basically barhoppers with no room to carry anything with you. I sold mine when our son was born and realized I preferred Chopped coupes and sedans better!
