History White Firewalls lets see them!!!

Here is mine it is a light tan the wheels are the same color.

I just like White.

 

My 34 tudor work in progress (PPG Vanilla Shake)

 

Threw some Washington blue at it today. I like it against the white firewall.

They must have been cool in the late '50s and early '60s because as you can see I painted some of the AMT models I built that way. They look like a bunch of '' barn finds'' now.

 

I've gone through this thread a couple of times. The white Walls really help the fireWalls stand out.

Eventually when I break down and paint the old beater,or just get energetic I plan to paint the firewall Wimbledon white like my old truck. HRP

i need an opinion. my 48 plymouth has the same type of firewall/cowl as this picture. what would look better white paint up to the pinch weld like this or all the way up to the hood/cowl parting line?
