Any spacer plates under those intake flanges?

I wouldn't refer to them so harshly as spacers, they are really just there to help the ports align more accurately!

Coming for you Southern Flyer and Quick and Dirty. I haven't talked to JT again not sure if he's going to make it.

  4. Holy smokes Jimmy! When you said you were working on the car I should have known you weren't adjusting the brakes  That looks serious :)

I talked to JT last night and his car is not back together. I think he's out. My other buddy Jimmy is coming with his 55 Chevy. He's got a lot of stories, you'll like him.

I can't with the SEG just trying this motor out for now to sell it. Will have 660's back on it for Greer.

    I'd buy that for a dollar !!
I've run Pro-System carbs in the past. They have been top notch. I will forever regret not going that route for my current blower setup. Ended up paying more in the long run trying to find the right combination

  12. I would think so. She has had the past event posters for sale.

  13. We are heading to Paradise tomorrow - fingers crossed on the rain.

Tony, I am probably not going tomorrow because it will be a mudhole in the swap meet. I will be coming down there next month and I will bring you something then.
if something changes I will look you up when I get there.

It was kind of sad that after all of that prep friday night that it rained us out, but tim's roadster and pickup were worth the drive...free beer never hurt either!

I know I worked till late Friday night getting the Hoopty Wagon ready. The weather is something none of us can change. hate it that Southern Flyer drove down for it and got rained out. I sure wished I could go next Saturday but already have plans to take my Mom to DC she has always wanted to go there and loves history.

You are going to paint the Dodge and Quain is talking about getting rid of the lace paint on his car.
You guys are turning the SEG world upside down:)

Not for long, there is going to be some changes in the carb department for 2016. The cfm is not the problem it's the modern look. I bet I get 10 complaints per race from fans about the modern carbs. Tony don't have to worry about this because he has a man's intake on his car. Another tip, there might be a weight break for fuel injection in 2016.
