Grew up in East Hartford, and used to go down to Hudson street to check them out.

Then you know the site is blank.That's what I came up with last year when doing a search.

 

Yes, it's a long story but the site was lost some years ago to a company from Japan. It took me a long time to get the site back.

 

Thinking of going. It would be the first show I have ever brought my car to. It's a long drive from here in VT though. Anything I should know?

 

It's a great time. Fills up fast. I'd get there early. Lots of food, beer and full bar, good music & vendors.

wow, bummer that trog was rescheduled for the same weekend, I was planning on doing both but now trog has to win out since weve already got money tied up in that. I was almost expecting to see the fallout use there rain date just to avoid the conflicting dates.
oh well, maybe next yr

Unfortunately, the weather for TROG this year caused the scheduling conflict. It is what it is, we were also really looking forward to TROG. Rescheduling the Fall Out isn't in the cards. Rain dates and rescheduling are logistical and finical nightmares no matter how well planned.

 

Our little tribute to the Carbs of Hartford has grown leaps and bounds. A large majority of the surviving members of the club will be at the show. A few members will be bringing cars as well.

Sure were lots of cars on the field! Even the swap meet area was full. I found a couple good things.

This is one show not to be missed! I've been asked did you go to the "rat rod" show in Glastonbury. I'm I missing something? Maybe two or three cars could be considered "rat rods". Annoying question!
