Hi, My name is Dave and I live outside of Toronto. I'm not a computer guy, so I'm not on here much at all. I do have a couple of Zephyr coupes that take up my time. Maybe it's something to do with being older. Anyhow I thought you guys might be interested in seeing this supercharged Lincoln V12 that a friend of mine has built over a number of years. Sorry to say he recently passed away. This engine was his baby. It was going into one of his Bonneville cars, but never got the chance. His widow told me she would like the engine to go to someone who can really appreciate it. If anyone is interested, call Laura at 705 440 6160, otherwise enjoy the pics.
Wow - very wild and beautiful. sincere sympathy goes out to you and all of the family of your friend. looks like he was very talented. have a picture of car that motor was going to go in? how about pics of your coupes?
Wait. This engine is an hour away from me!!!!!!!! Time to build a car for it!!!!!!!!! Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
Way past awesome, beautiful engine.Like the Lincoln head on the back of the stand, classic.Sorry your friend didn't get to enjoy his fine work.
Beautiful motor and a sad story. But I would suggest you remove her phone # . There are some crazy and bad people out there lurking.
In response to jalopy joker here are my zephyrs. I'm driving the 39. The 38 has been an ongoing project for the past 12 years.
Love this motor. To bad it never made it to the salt. It would not have been a competitive engine. But that is not the point for the guys that I most admire.
Holy spit, zephyrdave! Those cars are absolutely gorgeous! Very sorry about your friend, I hope his wife gets a very fair shake with minimal hassle.
Wow! Stuff THAT in a belly tanker! That needs a period vehicle to go into. Would love to see some video or just the audio of that baby humming and whistling.
Backroad Bounty season 2 episode 8. Two thirds of the way through, these guys go to Laura's farm to see the Zephyr stuff.
