Event Coverage 7th anual iowa hamb meet and greet gilmore kustomz shop party

You know the deal 7th year now , free food and drinks come out to my shop and hang with the coolest people in the midwest , grows every year and we have some of the coolest traditional rides show up ! Dont have your ride done no prob come hang talk eat and drink with us anyways ! 1155 prarie ave marshalltown iowa starting around 4 p.m , not on here much anymore but ill try and respond to ?s , looks to be the biggest turnout this year yet !

Well, if they can figure out the alignment on Betty Ford I will be up..... Well I guess I will be there either way. Maybe I can still ride with Matt if Betty isn't done yet.

Anyone is welcome to leave a trailer at my place in Green Mountain (405 Green Mountain Road next to fire station) and drive the 10 miles to Gilmore Kustomz at 1155 Prairie Ave. North of Marshalltown.
I will be in my shop Saturday afternoon for a couple of hours before heading to Brock's and could demo some equipment such as a louver press, Pullmax, tire truer, Watervliet plannisher, hand tools etc.

 

What time are you planning on leaving your shop John? I wouldn't mind checking out your place as well. Then if my shoebox is running we could cruise over together.

 

I usually leave at 5 or so. Hope your shoebox can make it.

 

Have to rebuild the master cylinder when the kit shows up in the morning then get it all put back together brakes bled, and clutch adjusted. Then see what else breaks..........

Good talking to you John and Tom. I would have stopped this morning to visit your shops, but wanted to make sure Betty Ford made it home. Barely got above halfway on the temp gauge in the 120 miles home. Hard to chase this gremlin down. I will catch up with both of you sometime. Maybe over the winter.
