I'm sorry if I posted this in the wrong section. But I was wondering if 245/75 r17s are too big for my 57 Ford Custom 300. Someone is selling all 4 for 90.00 and I was wondering if they'd fit under there. Thanks in advance.

That's a truck or larger SUV size.........waaaaaaay too big for your '57 Ford sedan. I think that is what is on my Dodge Ram 2500 4x4.
    You'd need a 205, 215 / 50 or 60 series in a 17" size.

That's a typical late model light truck tire size. Even if you could cram them in the wheelwells, they'd make your car look like you transplanted the body onto a 4X4 pickup chassis.

Yeah. I found a tire size calculator and they're WAY too big. Thanks
