I love that its being driven. Anyone else notice the overflow on the radiator. I wonder what happened to the old intake and carbs?
The origonal version is timeless, some things should be left alone to age like fine wiskey. Great story.
I knew John, the original builder of both cars, from very early childhood. In our teens we and others shared a rented garage in our neighborhood. This is where "Tsoto" was built along with two Model A coupes (never finished) one mine the other our friend Bo. Shortly after graduating high school (1961) John disassembled "Tsoto" sold the frame and body and left for Europe. On his return in 1964 He started on the "RakedT" with the running gear from "Tsoto". The "RakedT"was never finished and later traded for land at Priest Lake, Id. John again went to Europe and returned in 1974. He then built a Formula Ford which was successfully raced for several years.

[/IMG]This is another Spokane car predating "Tsoto" that at least partly inspired the "RakedT". It's Don Audel's "So tuff Toy" circa 1960 or so. This car still exist in show condition.
