Is there any way to put power steering on a 51 Chevy Fleetline with the stock suspension?

you could dig up a power steering set up from a 1954 Chevrolet. hard to find and expensive when you do if they know what they have.

What would a complete power steering unit cost if I could find one?

There are a couple of threads on this over on ChevyTalk.Org. Very costly and rare. Hardest part is the double row pulley for the crank hub as they're unique. I believe there's a "kit" that uses an Astro Van steering box, and some other more common pieces. I am Butch/56sedandelivery.
