Q?? What 2 use running my 49 In Bare Metal 2 Protect IT??

Hey Guys I was curious as to what would be the best kind of oil etc.
To put on my chopped and sectioned 49 Chev.???

The car has been bead blasted and then all grinded down.

What should I use to protect the bare metal from rusting besides the auvious things?
