1929 Model A Coupe. Built from the ground up. My avatar photo. Build photos at Photobucket under name....an2guy. Frame is a Blackboard pinched 32. Powered by a 289 which has the original manifold and Holley 4 bbl carb (271hp?). Only 52,583 miles since new. Runs perfect and uses no oil. Professionally rebuilt C4 automatic. Body is steel and has very little filler. Roof insert is Ford wagon. The body is not 100% perfect. A few dings at the rear are not perfect.. I'd evaluate the body at 90% perfect. If the buyer wishes, I will replace them with 40 Ford wheels painted the buyers color of choice. The lakes headers have inserts to quiet them down when required, but it sounds great when on the throttle. All new wiring throughout the entire car. Also, all hardware – bolts, nuts, etc., are new. Dash is loaded with new traditional S-W gauges. Brakes are 1940 Ford. All new brake system parts from the pedal pad to the wheel cylinders and everything in between. Stainless steel brake lines, SS braided brake hoses. Rebuilt steering box is F1 with a modified column fitted with a Model A steering wheel. Rear axle assembly is 1940 with 3.54 ring and pinion. Unique rear suspension custom mounts ala formula race car design. Car handles like a dream. Total weight is 2260 lbs. Custom made seats covered with high quality leather (thank you United Airlines). Storage under bottom seat and the back is hinged which allows access to the storage area in rear. Fuel tank is from Speedway. Tool boxes are military ammo boxes. From the first drive on there have been no problems with any system. This build was finished two years ago and due to health issues has been driven rarely. I do not need to sell, but due to health issues I have decided that if someone wishes to become the new owner, I'll sell it.
Lately lots of interest. Check out photos below. Accepting reasonable offers. It's not sold until it's down the road. Interested? Reply. I might even consider a partial roadworthy trade. Please, no projects, I'm too old for that.
