Well here is the follow-up, have not got it running-yet. Turns out the new coil was bad, the new distributor I bought, 3 years ago at a large car show is bad! Going to use a an early GM points distributor to eliminate that as an issue!

I started to change direction and go that route, but already had the parts I have now, got tired of changing things!
I did find out that in 1991 Ford vans (E100 series) used Saginaw power steering pump, the same one Chevy uses. I may try that route!

Ok, my Saginaw pump fitting is metric, the F150 box is American. I bought the two hoses, and combined them, had one end (metric) crimped on to the other hose.

This may have been obvious to everyone but me, ordering hose should be easier since the Radiator and hoses are both Chevy

  22. No I haven't. All the marks are from the air vents that got took off to fix all the rust, going to put them back on. Might fill some holes if I'm not going to use them.

What radiator set up are you going to use?

  24. I figured as much......Either removal , or a repair.... They make a world of difference having them! Unless you plan on A/C, things get a lil warm inside at times........Rock On!
I had to do something similar,so I spotted that quick!

  25. Everything is going to be stock if I can. Just some mods to the body & I lowered it.

Under it where? It does not sit in that U support channel, it goes in front of it.

  29. I was wondering about under the U, if anything goes between the U & the frame? the radiator bolts behind it. Thx

The radiator bolts behind the U not in front of it. There is a little rubber pad that goes under the U about the thickness of a tire and the mounting tab at the front crossmember with those two carriage bolts. You may have to shim for proper fitment if that's not thick enough.
