The North Shore Strokers had their 25 annual summer party today. The weather was great and we had an excellent turnout. Thanks to Jimmy Mahan for hosting the party at his property this year, and thanks to all the members who work hard to put this event together year after year. Good friends, nice cars and good food. A perfect day.

We got our start in 1978. We also had members from the Mass Street Rodders , the Orientals and the Cam Snappers. Just a great group of guys and gals who ,because of the common interest of hot rods and customs, has developed into life-long friendships.
Nice job with the photos, Baron! It was a great time - you guys know how to throw a get together, that's for sure. Always good to see old friends and talk shop ( and eat too much!!) A BIG THANKYOU to all involved- another one out of the park! Mike B.
That must have been why my ears were ringing(lol)! Got my invitation(haven't been there in 10 years but they still send them) but I don't think it will be happening. The Safari would probably make it even though the motor has close to 200k on it but the human element likely would not. My wife has been told by the docs that she can not spend more than an hour at a time in a car due to blood clotting issues and my legs get unbelieveably cramped up while driving. Would love to make it out there at least one more time just to see my grandson and my forthcoming great grandchildren(#'s 5 and 6).
An amazing varieties of rods, customs, and other classy rides. Thanks for the pictures of todays barbeque. Bet the food was as good as the cars also.
