Take a look at this jalopy. Thought everyone would like to see it. 30-31 sedan chopped up channeled. 32 grill. Model A frame. Think it ran a 6 cylinder due to space between firewall and grill. Looks to me 60s-70s.
That is pretty cool in its own way, Ya might modify it into a RPU or........ I do like the fenders and the way the rearend kind of sticks out the back., Hate to ask but if you aint gonna buy it, How much is too much? Someone here may be interested and save it. Thanks for sharing!
I would have been all over that! It has some real interesting style to it and those back fenders look kind of cool actually....reminds me of the early 60's...it's more than what I started with a few times
Never have understood why we talk about all aspects of this hobby yet when it comes to money...it becomes somewhat silent
Money is a touchy subject for some. What one guy thinks is outrageous, two guys thinks it's a deal and calls him cheap. What another guy thinks is a great deal, there is a line of guys listing the ways he got ripped off. Sometimes the peace is kept by keeping money out of it.
Yes, good pics That is a tough one to guess the build date. The entire front half sure looks like later 1950s to very early 1960s...but the flat rear fenders were also seen being used in the later 60s and early 70s. it would be interesting to see all the hidden details to maybe narrow it down
It's. On Craigslist in the San Luis Obispo under 1929 model P roadster. $2500. For those interested. Yes. I am a cheap ass. ️ especial if it is something I don't desire. There were no pics so I ask what's a model P? Gold mine to some. Just a dune buggy to others. Follow up if you buy it. Everyone would like more info. Number is 805-714-7944
dang, I would think its worth 500 larry, 32 grill shell, steel henry ford partial body, frame and hubs etc etc. definitely not worth 2,500 to me, maybe someone like Jim Sibley who could actually make it something nice, but again, thats not me.
Headlights and Grille for $250. maybe, and she can keep the rest of the yard art. Just my East Coast opinion. Bob
I kinda like it. Needs the grill set back and a real 60s scheme throughout. 389 and a four speed. Lots of glitter and some panel paint. But then again I'm a little messed up in the head!
It's interesting where it is sitting like it floated and rested there. Doesn't look like you could have backed it in there perched on the rocks like it is.
If thats a model P then i would say its worth the $2500 im sure she would take even $2000 if it is the P car means it was a patrol car and would have a dana 9" rear end. I think the years were from the 20's to the early 40's Also you must consider what the car would be worth after restoring it. Another good thing about it, is a california car but still would have rust since its by the ocean. Regardless That would make a awesome Rat Rod and would be a looker Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
