    Looks like I'm up next with the purchase of a '57 big window. Ca. truck from the San Jose plant.
    Runs good but will introduce it to a new 292 Tim McMaster engine, IFS, short step side.
    57 is my favorite of all the years, kind of transitional to me with grill hints of the 56 and the squareness of the new cab. Somewhat like Ford hadn't made their mind up yet....

    I'm guessing an axle flip in the back, dropped axle front. I like the steelies much better, too.

    That shot of mine, Slosteve, is of my bagged '57, just happened to have it tail dragging in the shot. Although I did Orig have flipped springs in the back, buds &;I notched frame and built the bag system from scratch.
