"The Dodge Story" is the best reference book going for early Dodge Brothers car, but it's filled with errors. As 31Dodger said DB never really used the term Dr.s coupe. Von Mopar, your '33 could not be any more perfect!!
You may be correct about the 30s. I would actually have to flip pages for '30s coupes. I had a '23 Business coupe once, I thought the turtle deck was a little bulbous but all in all a pretty nice little car.
LMFAO That's not a dodge its a mule and sometimes you have to smack a mule over the head to get its attention before you can learn it anything. Oh and that's not a two headed man either its a normal ogre. Want one of what we have discussed several things here, books, coupes, Ogres with 4x4s.
I do sort of look like an ogre with a hunchback and extra head in that photo. I felt like one, too since I was moving from my ex's house.
from the 26-31 models. is there much difference in bodies, such as better fitting panels etc? ive found a 27 for sale, dont want to buy it and then kick my self later for not waiting longer for a 31 to come up for sale, what im asking is there a desirable year? or are they the same, im going to be building a hot tod, thanks
Here's a 1930 on here. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/1930-dodge-3w-body-and-frame.980590/
Here's a 28 in Albany. http://albany.craigslist.org/cto/5079542131.html I've seen quite a few of these. I have a couple of 29 Plymouths so I'm always looking for parts and pieces. A lot of the stuff interchanges.
