I'll be there. I've got about a 12 hour drive coming from north of Kansas City MO. Should be the late Thursday or early Friday. Bringing my T.

We GOTTA go, because it's gonna be a freakin blast & because the Singlefinger Spcl is originally from CO. It was known back then as the Bell Plumbing Roadster & we have to carry on the T-75 tradition.

These are photos of the original car on a dirt drag strip in Colorado Springs in 1953.

That picture in Mike's post #36 could have been shot in 1956 at the Paradise Mesa drag strip east of San Diego! Great event and am looking forward to Georgetown in August.

At right about the 30 second mark, you can see the Caterpillar 10 rubber-wheel Packer pulling ahead of the Flat Roller !!!!!! You know, that Flat Roller probably has more torque, but the 10 rubber-wheel Packer just proves, once again, that it doesn't do you any good if you can't get it to the ground...

We went north for the 43rd Cheyenne show. Had a great time but would have liked to caught this one also.
