This is one cool Custom. It's a 1958 Edsel that has been upgraded to run like a new car. Here is a list of all of the work and parts just completed. Rebuilt 351W that features an Edelbrock Intake and carb. March Pulley system. Gearheads power steering conversion. Gearheads engine mounts and tranny cross member. Rebuilt ford AOD automatic overdrive transmission with new torque converter and Lokar shift arm kit and Lokar TV cable and arm kit installed. New drive line. New 3 row Champion aluminum radiator. New electric cooling fan with thermostatic control system. New Lokar shifter. New tuck and roll on the seats. New VDO gauges. Chrome 15" steelies with bullet caps. New Coker wide white wall radials. New Ididit tilt column. New dual exhaust system with Coffin Mufflers. Chrome and stainless trim is very nice and although the paint job is over 10 years old, it looks very good. The car is all black but the roof and side spears have really cool custom red flake in the clear (hard to see in the pics). I had the hood and trunk striped last week. It has air ride suspension on all four corners. The front features 7" bags and shocks and the rear is a bag (F9000 sleeve bag) over leaf setup and also has shocks. It has one tank, one compressor, manual 1/4" valves and a dual needle gauge inside the car. All gauges work and the car runs and drives very well. It's not a perfect show car but I have shown it locally and drive it regularly. Gil 209-613-3338
