I'm liking the color that's on it now. But if you're tired of it and want a change, it's your car.

Hi Stu D Baker The paint looks better than it is !
Here in good old England the sun doesn't always shine to show the paint at its best so will need a colour that will look good rain or shine.

It certainly looks good in the blue and it will look the best in a dark shade of whatever color you choose, darker shades look richer and lighter brighter colors look more racy.

    That's a fine looking coupe!
For some reason, I thought about how a 'near' to stock grey color,
    (whoops!, grey colour) ;)
w/the fine three-line pinstripe the length of body would look.
I believe the wheels would compliment it nicely.

Cool ride -what color is the interior? what is your favorite color - red, blue, etc?

  14. Lower the rear, swap the raised letter tyres and wheels for some steel wheels with nice (simple) full wheel covers and wide whites....and the colour will look a lot better for you.;)

  15. Colors are hard to depict accurately due to limitation in computer rendering and the affect that ambient light has on any scene but these should be close..

Thanks for the render the moose .
I am thinking cherry red with black wings
Chances are that if the wings get damaged at some point it will be much easier to repair.

Leave the paint! Change the tires and wheels. Lower her rear. Enjoy the metamorphosis.

The Colour has to change to something that makes it stand out in a crowd on a rainy day .
But you guys have some great idea's
Themoose could you change the wheels and lower the back end like HotRod Cowboy suggest! But not too far (British roads)

  24. If that really is your motivation, may I suggest day glo orange?

    X38 thanks for your inspiration.
How ever the reason for starting the post is to put heads together.
To come up with a stylish paint design that suits the coupe .
I can't see day glo orange as fitting the bill.
    Thanks for your input.

  26. There is no problem with the color ! The wheel and those white letter should be the VERY first to GO !

Someone Photo Shop so new one's for him.

Maybe some big & little Kidney Beans. Lowered just a little.

  27. I hear you,

I'm sure it looks ok on a cloudy day, its just that you know the difference on when the pop in the color comes from the sun. The pearls and Micas that pop cloud the paint's color and depth unless the sun is out to make it Pop.
