Your looking at an original very rare survivor 1942 mercury steering wheel. This wheel is correct only for 1942 coupes, wagons, sedans, and convertibles. Production numbers for 1942 were just under 23,000 cars because of the war....how many are left? I have tried to get several angles of how this thing shines in the light. It has no cracks, but a few small gouges where a steering knob was installed.. Very few scratches on the chrome, but some pitting and the emblem is nice and clear. This would be for a nice driver or restore for show.. Thanks for looking and if you have any ?? Please ask.
