Well Tom with two m's you did it again, great photos. Your name keeps coming up in the TRJ, so cool. Hand painted Tee shirts and fade paint jobs on show cars ..... And now you travel the countryside with your camera taking outstanding photos! I thought the TRJ was my favorite show, then I saw the Lone Star Roundup and Santa Maria Kustom. Your living the life. If you ever go back to Tee shirts I'll take

This is amazing Tom, I'm speechless. If I click on the picture and bring it up full size...I swear it's just like I was standing beside the car in person. The work done on it is pure art and your work capturing it like this is also pure art . Thank you so much for sharing your work.

I remember talking to you when I shot your car in Baltimore. Yeah, no doubt, I am living the life, I've been in the right place at the right time throughout my life.

Thanks willbe, and buickfunnycar for the nice words, much appreciated.

As fleet-master mentioned, this site allows the photo to almost double in size by merely putting the cursor on the posted photo and then clicking, in case not everyone has tried that. They do look much better when you do that. For some reason, not all photos posted here work that way, but mine always do.

The last photo here is a re-adjusted version of the same one I posted above. The Breece coupe and Pierson Bros '36 were built by Bill Ganahl's South City Rod and Custom and each are featured on the cover of the new Rodder's Journal, the '32 is on the subscription version and the '36 is featured on the newstand edition.

Tom, again these are incredible pictures! The art here is tremendous.

The other thing is that this show should be a notification to all of us that the hobby we love is safe...sometimes in the past these shows produced too many cars in bare metal, or with weird billet wheels, or way overdone. Almost ever car here is done traditionally, with great paint jobs, and, for the customs, incredible lead work that must have taken incalculable time to do. The hot rods are both traditional and well build......If we once got sort of off track, we are back, at least here!

The show this year seemed to have a good variety of styles and they do love their customs in NorCal. Very enthusiastic. There were plenty of traditionally incorrect cars done in questionable taste, but I ignore them as usual.
