Help: Have a real NOS Ford flathead radiator with filler NOT in the center. Large tank at the top. What were the years of Non centered filler cap in the thirties? Or maybe this is for a truck?

Does it have a large nuber pressed into upper tank...like 81, 91, 01?
If so that is the PN prefix and will allow quick ID.

35 up for the radiator cap inside the grille shell. Do a Google image search just change the year. Should be pretty easy to find.

The radiator in my 39 has the fill off center. Has 91A embossed on the back of the top tank.

[IMG]This stolen picture shows what you are looking for...the numbers pressed into top tank will immediately ID Ford radiators after about 1936. Essentially most of those used after visible caps disappeared....

68 would be '36 passenger designation, L probably one of the several radiator suppliers. Hig Google advanced image and see if it matches that...

[IMG]I think this one is a '36...image searching can be flakey.

Ron, There are variations even within years. Not all the same by a long shot.
