Can anyone ID this switch?

Looks like a heater blower switch to me. Is there a rheostat on the back of it?

Maybe the "H" stands for Heat. It's a heater switch after all.lol

The headlite switch will have an L on it, just so ya know.

 

Used on Fords, 1948 back to maybe '41. Came in several shades of plastic for various years and trim levels, selects 2 speeds forward for floor level heat, two in reverse to blow mostly through defrosters. Motor had 4 wires to enable the thing to reverse...

 

'41-48 heater/ defroster hi/low speed sw. with light.

 

Looks just like the one on my '47
