  4. Looks like a heater blower switch to me. Is there a rheostat on the back of it?

    The headlite switch will have an L on it, just so ya know;).

    Used on Fords, 1948 back to maybe '41. Came in several shades of plastic for various years and trim levels, selects 2 speeds forward for floor level heat, two in reverse to blow mostly through defrosters. Motor had 4 wires to enable the thing to reverse...
