Eub n flow in a small space of one car garage, this shot is boxing "A" frame, the far end that is not really far is full of motors, and the come-a-long and chain to incase I bump my old butt into frame enough to push it off the stands=so don't kill me,having no were to run.

Mine from a few days ago . The 39 has been under cover most of the time but the old 52 Merc has sat out in the woods for the past 40 years or so.

Well, Dad bought the car in 76. He drove it some then it was Mom's daily for a while.
Then we moved to the country and the roads sucked so dad said "this is going to beat my Vette to death"
so he parked the car in the garage.
He bought a Porsche 914 and that was his daily and mom got a 74 El Camino.
We had a local car show when I was younger and when I was 18 he let me take it out for the day and I had a blast. Then the car went back to the garage. Then when I turned 21 dad asked me what I wanted for my birthday and I said "I want to take the Vette out again".
I headed out to town and when I got there I realized the brakes were shot and the carb sucked also.
So it went back to the house and into the garage. Fast forward to 2001 and we find out dad had inoperable Cancer he got all of his automotive titles out and signed them and when he came to the Corvette title he signed it and handed it to me and said "its all yours take care of it".
Now it is time to get it back on the road. We are planning on taking it to Bowling Green to the Hot Rod Reunion for our annual "Guy Trip".

  9. Yeah that vette is a keeper. I have a thread about Patina'd Corvettes over at the Corvette Forum. I'm R. Seghi over there too. You should go join, it's free and they have a lot to offer the enthusiast. There is actually a lot of Patina over there too.

  24. From the top of my office in my shop.

Each kid gets to pick their first car, then we go find one that is derelict and put it together for them.

    Good times! :D image.jpg

  25. That poor little Roadster looks out of place in that shiny new garage.

But Don't worry... soon the floor will have big oil spots and rust stains and it'll look like that Roadster had been there for years !
