I've been told print is dead, but I say Long Live Print!
It's an exciting time for fans of the printed page.
Deadend Magazine recently released their first actual book in print showcasing their beautiful photography. Ryan has finally announced the Jalopy Journal 3 which, even though I hate the cliche, appears to be EPIC! both in size and quality.

We at Hop Up are ready to put our baby out there for the world to see. Our little 172 page 1.4 pound labor of love will release at the Lonestar Roundup in Austin next week and ship worldwide immediately after.
The first cover/dual back cover honors our predecessor Mark Morton's '32 and also the look of the original magazine from 1951.

We are super proud of our first effort and hopefully you will be too.

What's that? You say your insatiable appetite for the printed page still isn't quenched?
Well, we will also have a very limited number of Hop Up member John Gunsaulis' new book Spokane Hot Rodding

Stop by the Hop Up booth and say "Hi" at Lonestar Roundup or join us for drinks at the Friday night release party at Austin Speed Shop

Hot damn! Hop Up, The Jalopy Journal, and the Roundup all in one weekend?!? I think epic is going to be the appropriate adjective next week!

Sorry to hear you are laid up Dale, we will raise a glass to all our friends and supporters that can't make it on Friday night.

The plan is to offer Spokane Hot Rodding on the Hop Up site as well.

Marcy, save me a subscription to Hop Up, before you sell more subscriptions than you can supply..........if that's possible. Wow just think, Lone Star Round Up, Austin Speed Shop Hop Up release party, John Gunsaulis' book, hope my old heart can handle all the excitement.
