Looking good and fit and finish is looking great after all the tweaking. Question though, why buy all the pieces and assemble yourself? Is it that the fit and finish on the fully assembled body is that bad so it's easier to start with the parts and make them fit how you want?
One cost... 2 we would of tore into an already built body to get it to the tolerances we are doing anyway so why not build it ourselves than pay to have them build it and then tear it apart anyway...
Looking good. My Roadster is a Brookville that I assembled Piece by Piece and their direct replacement panels are not direct replacement. And just as Flop is doing I had to do. It might behoove you guys to put some self tapping washer head Phillips screws in the door just above the big holes in the doors to stop squeaking.
thanks guys ! didnt even bother with the before pic much bettter ! same deal here ... new bottom on the corner on to fit better a whole lot of work in those quarters they kinda try other quarter some holes getting there now !

Very nice metal work fellas. Too bad the Brookville stuff doesn't fit so well. But they are better than trying to cut and weld solid dust I guess. You guys are doing a great service by posting these detailed photos- thank you. Now I know those 't-strips' are available( the Brookville website was a nightmare to navigate through) thanx again
