Guys, thank you all very much, your support is so very appreciated. This daughter seems to be doing okay, another had a major incident 300 miles away Sunday morning. Left on a road trip, shit has hit the fan. I may be away from the HAMB for a short time while we sort things out. Thanks again!

What does TCB mean? Is it normal to use Godspeed for sending best wishes, in this case?

I'm not from America, and I don't want to affend, so I ask silly questions, to be on the safe side.

Being a farther (2x) I can feel some of you pain, but can't heel it.

Guys, we thank each and every one of you for your thoughts and prayers. Things have settled down a little, but I have a long term battle ahead over what's happened. I won't go into it, but thank you all for your support.

I can, however, show some progress pics that Bob has sent. He's been moving along nicely while I've been TCB... thanks Ryan!

As always, it is looking good, and on the more important front take care of your family, they are the most important part of ones life. You and your family remain in my prayers.

Just a quick question? I have a dash very similar to that, although that one is engine turned and mine is a black mat. I understand that they're are AC gauges, but just what car did they come out of? My dash came from Jim Gordon @ Gene Scott's Antique Auto Parts about 13 years ago.
I have another dash for the 32 that I was going to place this one in but haven't restored the unit yet.
    Thx,
    CK

Thanks Jeremy, things are improving and I just got back home last night from a much needed vacation halfway to your house! Things are pretty darn good.

Haven't been to Bob's in a few weeks but he's plugging along.

    Driver's door done...

The gas door needs to be used, not filled, right? Let's make it a functional cowl vent!

Yep, Hawaii. Maui to be specific. Took my in-laws and my mom with us. Hope to get up to Bob's again tomorrow.

Jeremy, do you have everything organized for your visit here in August? We have room for you.

  24. No ! Things are up in the air at present as Mandy may be moving to a new Nursing job and may not be able to get the time off, im not very happy about it and Mandy isn't either. If we don't make it this year we will do a longer visit next year. If I win Lotto between now and then I will bring the T with me.
Will keep you informed and what a great offer. Cheers Eric, Jeremy:D:(

Geez life is busy. Wife's sister has been in town for a week and I've been catching up at work. The girls wanted to go see the progress on the car so we drove up last night to take a look and chat.

The body is in its third coat of primer and it looks amazing. Bob isn't sure yet if he'll need to prime it one last time yet, but he'll know in the next few days after its sanded.

Bob finalized the cowl vent mechanism too. Pretty cool! Victoria calls it her air conditioning.

And a little more work on the doors.

That's all for now. Paint SHOULD fly soon... I think I've said that before though.

  28. Looking very nice Eric. I noticed the notch in the sub frame, mine has the same treatment from when in Utah. Oh, how far is Bob from you? JW:D
