    Up for sale is my 40' Mercury dash plastic production set up. The sale includes the custom made steel bit made to cut grooves in dash plastic, all wooden jigs and the nice original dash pictured is available for additional. I will also give you the source for the plastic supply company that I've used. I also have installation instructions.

    These sets are very nice and this tooling has been perfected over several years to ensure all grooves in plastic are aligned and all parts look as original. I've had two batches made and they have all sold. There are many more 40 Mercs coming on market and the demand for the parts will be increasing.


    I'm downsizing all my projects and focusing on projects at home.
