Rootie..Your Post22559..After some more research I found out that the third photo was taken at the jungle in 1946 with the following drivers Bus Wilbert #2...Fritz Tegtmeier #20...Red Bales #39...unknown #19...Charlie Van Acker #2

 

Helped with this sprinter at Salem for the 1969 Joe James Pat O'Connor Memorial race. Bruce Jacobi was the driver and always wondered if this was an old Indy car. Anyone have any ideas??

Yes Ron and Russ were brothers, I am their much younger cousin. Tammy Larson. All the brothers raced and so did most of the men in my dads family.

 

I suspect this may have been the debut of Aggies new Kuzma built 98jr., late 48-early 49 at Carrell Speedway.

Tammy...there is a Sprint car round table or discussion happening this coming Sunday in Savage MN that may be of interest to you that may well include people that knew and/or discussion of your cousins.
