Here's my Shoebox project when I bought her :



And here she is in a recent pic , after about 4 years of parts-finding , body repair & shaving , engine-swapping (no SBC 4 me) , suspension-dropping and more . If nothing else , I saved her from a certain gasser fate . I'm just trying to give her a more "proper" look on a shoestring budget (hence the "Penny Pincher" name) . I think it's workin' so far ...

 

I'm still working on my 32 truck, its been 3 years now.

 

I started with just the 32 truck grill shell and radiator....

What I've got now... 32 truck Radiator Shell, radiator, 30' commercial cowl, Magnesium wheels, tires, headlights, taillights, 66' GTO stick column, Dual Quad, Mallory dual points, 66' 425 Olds, Turbo 400, Benson Magnesium Quickchange, Gennie Shifter, Coil overs, Hairpins Vega Box, 40 Ford dash, 4 JFZ vintage four piston calipers with 3/8 rotors for Sprint cars, and a bunch of small parts !

Just need rest of the body, Frame and front suspension and it'll be done!

I was a fan of this Coupe years before I knew of the Hamb, and K Kev.
