    Yeah. I figured it was. Alot of early Essex ones I've seen have alot more fancy details on them. Looking to pin down the year too.

  4. On second thought it might possibly a Erskine automobile dash insert,I believe they were built by Studebaker and only for a few short years,late 20's to 1930 or so.

    Here is a photo of the Erskine badge,it seems to have the same "E" as on the insert. HRP

    Nice, That does look the same. Ive never heard of Erskine...

    Just found this thread...and it is a 1930 Erskine. I just bought one to rebuild and need parts if anybody knows of any for sale.

    We have a '29 Erskine. I've only seen one other and it was in pieces at a local farm auction
