result of making everything fit another small mess came out . the bottom of the pillar/cowl /windshield area is now needing some love

Hey Flop, I've been following this build, as I do all your builds, and I am amazed by your obsession with perfection. You truly are a "craftsman". I am so glad to be able to see your work through your words and great pictures. Thanks, Tim

The term DA(ing) is used throughout the thread. Would someone please explain this term for me?

    Thanks

DA is short for dual action it's a sander that spins and orbits.

Just found this thread, and read all posts before I could stop!
Flop, your skills are unbelievable. I'm 77 yrs. old and have been a gearhead since about 13 or 14, and I've never seen metal work of this quality.
I have an "A" roadster that came assembled from Brookville, and it was nowhere near as rough and out of whack as that body. I'm relieved to hear that it was not assembled by Brookville. Initially, till you divulged that assembly was done elsewhere, I was grieving over Brookville allowing such work to leave their facility. Mine had a wave or two, but nothing like this, and I'm sorry it came to you like that, but glad Brookville hasn't sunk that low.
