Headed to Bakersfield for the first time and was wondering if there is any need/advantage in purchasing the tickets online before I get there. Any advice for a first timer?

gates open at 0700. we are there at about 0630, have had the same seats for the last 5 events. My dad always gets the tickets online,so we avoid the ticket sales line and walk right in. although the lines are pretty small at opening. Get in, grab your seats, and wander.

Saturday is a madhouse. Get there early. Traffic and parking can be a mess. Not sure if online sales save you any time or not? I am always camped out inside the fence

I went a couple of years ago and purchased tickets as needed, moved around to different stands freely, it is pretty casual and a great event.
