1957 ? Ford 292 or 312 engine complete w/ accessories. Removed from Ranchero years ago. Does not turn and selling as a rebuilder. Told its an X code 312. Take it for what its worth. Here is what I have found on the block: Casting code by dist hole is ECB or EOD/G or some combination thereof. Main caps have EBU on them and rod caps are stamped to corresponding cylinder. This seems to reference 292. Perhaps it was rebuilt at one point into something bigger? Just being honest. Not overly knowledgeable on Ford stuff. Ask questions and I will do my best to answer. Located in Hackettstown NJ Have other old Pontiac, Mopar & Buick engines available. Mostly post Hamb vintage though aside from a 39 Buick straight 8 that has fresh (circa 1980) rebuild and has never been started or installed. Also have R89 w/ R11 OD 3 speed trans bought for 56 F250 in classifieds. 3 speed trans w/ pedals, steering column w/ wheel for 57 Ranchero. 57 Ranchero Fender, grilles, tail light housings and some misc parts. Will do package deals. Looking to move this stuff.
White stuff is grease I had squired into the plug holes. Fan, starter and generator not pictured but included. Come with cash and make offer. Selling off some parts I have have to make room.
