Rooms for Detroit Autorama

I stayed at the Windsor Casino before. Very nice. It was probably real expensive, but I wouldn't know, because we split it like 5 ways. We only ever go over there for bachelor parties these days.

 

Well right downtown windsor, close to the tunnel there is the Casino, Ramada Inn, or the Radisson Inn. You could just take the tunnel bus over if you want to leave you car on this side.

Or a little bit farther but just down from the bridge there is the a Holiday Inn Select, Best Western, Comfort Inn and a bunch of others.

All are not far at all from COBO.

ok then ill be there ,like last year on sat, probobly stay over sat night and hit an adult entertainment club , hmmm maybe, that eve. walter p chrysler has a "hot rod' theme display at he museun too . thought of hitting that on sunday too... HAMB gathering in the works anyone?

 

If you need a safe place to park the trailer rig, I'm sure you can leave it in front of my aunt's house in safe Royal Oak... It's a bit of a drive, but it will be safe.

It's a tiny house, or I'd ask her if you can stay there too.

 

Just reserved 2 rooms there. Looks like $99 per night for double beds... no hanging baskets, though. Should be fun. We are in Friday evening and leaving Sunday night.

I have got a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express which is, according to Littleman about 2 Blocks from Cobo.

They are 99.00 + tax.

i just got 2 rooms for my friends and i in dearbourn mi. red roof inn 64.99 per night. we goning to henry ford the next day so it worked out.call 1-800 red-roof there may be rooms still avalible.

 

I am staying at the Marriott Detroit at the Renaissance Center, it was 109.00 a night.

 

I still have to find a place to stay...

Anyplace know of a cheap place? I will bring beer! Did you ever finish that case DirtyT?

 

hey rick try the red roof inn in dearborn . i got a room with 2 double beds for 64.99 per night.

I'm sure one will be planned for each day in the lower level of Cobo Hall. Also, on that Saturday nite I'm planning on having a gay gig at my place in Livonia like last year. It's not too far from the place in Dearborn that your staying and about 10 miles from downtown....... unless of course your Scotch and take the LONG way.

I will look into it. Money is a little tight right now. I am paying off a big debt right now and don't have a lot of extra cash kicking around. I will be much better off come april when its paid off. Then all I have is the morgage to pay!
