Anyone going to the O'Reilly Autorama this week? Went last year and it wasn't as good as previous years.

 

Not me....going to Oklahoma to pick up a car

 

We will be going as soon as it opens on Thursday!! I have to work Fri. Sat. & Sun.

 

If the grandsons want to go , will be going Friday after lunch.

 

I know we eat and drink like pigs at this time of the year, but lets start planning a breakfast sometime in February. Date to be determined later. Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas & Happy New Year or whatever floats your boat. A shot of Jack would be good right now, but I'm at work, but this afternoon on the way home is a different story, on second thought, I'm leaving early!

Has anyone heard from Fred? He hasn't posted in a while

 

November 1st was his last post. Haven't heard any thing.

 

If the weather holds out I'd be up for Lone Star Tacos Friday night. I think my POS can handle that short trip.

well I would say the 26th (my b-day) but that's during the week.

5th Ever "Meet the legends" Nostalgic drags and rod run, April 10 & 11, Sealy Tx.

 

The Cam Grinders are going to this and I hear they will have a portable dyno setup.

 

Houston Heights Cars with coffee is this Sunday at 9AM, Boomtown Coffee on 19th Street.
Alot of non-hamb friendly vehicles, but still cool nonetheless. If your local (in the loop or even beltway), you might as well come get coffee.

 

Should be nice weather Sunday.

 

I think I'm going to be in Houston around June 20. Anything going on then?

 

Cars & coffee in the heights... sounds cool.

 

I put this little gathering together through Nextdoor (a neighborhood social network). We started back in April and have kept it up the last Sunday of the month since then. It is a real mixed bag of what shows up though, from T-bucket roadsters to a new Hennessy Cadillac. I'd like to see more HAMB friendly cars show up.
Boomtown makes some good coffee too. (it is also just down the street from Torchy's)
