Looking for ideas for towing mirrors for my '40 Plymouth. Want to tow my 15 foot '64 Santa Fe travel trailer with my Plymouth. Anyone want to share what works for you ??

  2. I believe they still make the strap on towing mirrors that you don't have to drill holes in the body. HRP

Thanks for the reply, I was looking at the mirrors that have a strap that runs from the lower window channel to the bottom of the door, but because of the narrow door and the wing window I think the mirrors would be too far back to be effective.. I've considered something like a roof rack that attaches to the rain gutters, and extend some mirrors out from that. I was hoping to ride off someone else's experience with a similar car. I certainly don't want to put any mounting holes in the body!!

  4. Suction cups ?

Accessory back up cameras are getting cheap, maybe rig up one on each side.
